I had been working as an English language instructor for 8 years before shifting my career to customer service. I used to teach students of different ages the skill of learning a second language. I was working as a customer service representative at Expedia account for 3 years. I'm GDS trained and certified. I have been serving lodging and non-lodging cases including flights, car rentals and different activities. I have been working as a freelancer for different projects in different fields such as search engine evaluator, AI moderator, social media evaluator, and Arabic to English translator and vice versa.
