Brief of my experience:- I like to explore many fields, and searching for something new to learn every year, or every period of time, and currently I’m learning Spanish language. I worked as an agent in front office for 1 year handling calls, dealt with many different customers nationalities. Handling, following up and resolving the customers complaints as a back office agent ( Billing team) for another year. Handling and dealing with customers through the email as a senior agent in customer care ( Email team ) since OCT 2017 till now.   Besides a big experience in fashion designing field for 8 years:- Design and implementing women costumes. Running my own business, opened my Atelier in OCT 2011. However, I had to close this chapter after I had my son, specially I was working alone.   Also, two years of experience in management and administration.   I was working as an assistant manager for " ALL PROGRAME  " project for 6 months, then i became a partner and a manager of the project from November 2010 till May 2011. An Experience in researching, representing programs, writing, training and handicraft art In 2019 I took a course in TOT at teleperformance. From 2018 till 2019, I was a trainee in an online Radio channel ( 90’s FM تسعينات FM(, preparing and researching the content and Voice Over rehearsing.
